Day 1 – Thursday, 30th March 2023:
- Arrive at the Phuket Airport
- Meet our Airport Representative with the World Team Stableford Challenge Logo signage board at Arrivals Gate No 2 International Terminal & get transferred to Hotel. (There could be some waiting time to accommodate other arrivals as well as for driver to arrive at Pick Up point)
- Transfer to the Hotel and Check In. Event Registration and Golf Bag Tagging. Provide Handicap Index Proof ( if not yet done) & Team Captain Name to Event Staff
- 1830 - 2030 hrs: Welcome Evening Experience with Finger Food & Drinks at Hooters (5 min walk from the hotel, see map below)
Day 2 – Friday, 31st March 2023:
- Breakfast at the hotel
- 0830 - 1000 hrs: Team Based Private Van Transfer ( In Accordance with Tee Times) from Hotel to Blue Canyon Country Club for 1st Tournament Round
(Roughly 1 Hour Drive)
- Registration at the golf course. Pick Up Goody Bag for the Event
- 1020 - 1200 hrs: Tee Off at Blue Canyon Country Club Lakes Course.
- 1600 - 1740 hrs: Return to Hotel in your Team Private Van as per your Team's Scheduled Pick up Time
Day 3 – Saturday, 01st April 2023:
- Breakfast at the hotel
- 0830 - 1000 hrs: Team Based Private Van Transfer (In Accordance with Tee Times) from Hotel to Blue Canyon Country Club for 2nd Tournament Round
(Roughly 1 Hour Drive)
- Registration at the golf course. Submission of your Preferred Pairings for Round 3
- 1030 - 1210 hrs: Tee Off at Blue Canyon Country Club Canyon + Lakes (Hybrid) Course.
- 1600 - 1740 hrs : Return to Hotel in your Team Private Van as per your Team's Scheduled Pick up Time
Day 4 – Sunday, 02nd April 2023:
- Breakfast at the hotel
- 0900 - 0915 hrs: Team Based Private Van Transfer (In Accordance with Tee Times) from Hotel to Red Mountain Golf Club for 3rd Tournament Round
(Roughly 20 minute Drive)
- Registration at the golf course
- 0945 hrs: Group Photo at Red Mountain Golf Club
- 1030 hrs Shotgun Start at Red Mountain Golf Club
- 1530 - 1630 hrs Hooters Sponsored Cocktails Happy Hour After Golf at the Clubhouse.
- 1630 - 1645 hrs Return to Hotel in your Team Private Van
- 1830 - 2030 hrs Prize Dinner at Grand Mercure Poolside.
Day 5 – Monday, 03rd April 2023:
- Breakfast at the hotel
- Check out of hotel at 1200 hrs
- Transfer to Phuket Airport based on your Flight Plans
IMPORTANT INFO
Upon Arrival in Phuket
- World Team Stableford Challenge ( WTSC ) Airport representatives will receive all participants at the Phuket International Airport at the Arrivals Gate No 2 International Terminal with the event signage board and guide you to your team van for transport to the Hotel from 29th March 2023. For any issues with Airport transfers, please call Ms. Sara + 66 809926537/ Ms. Lynda +66 851292014
- If you are not arriving together as a team, please expect some waiting time as your transfer may be clubbed with others. Also expect a short waiting time for arrival of driver at the pick up point once you are ready to go.
- Estimated Travel Time from the Airport to Hotel is 1 hr 15 mins.
- The driver will take you directly to the hotel with no stoppages on the way
- Suggest to exchange currency at the Airport for immediate use. Various exchange options available in the city too
Hotel Check-in & WTSC Registration
- The hotel check in is at 14:00 hrs and check out at 12:00 hrs. Early check-in is not guaranteed and is subject to the hotel discretion and availability
- Room Services/Mini Bar/Pay Channels, other add ons & optional services will be activated after your credit card authorization/deposit payment is completed at the Hotel front desk. All extras are payable by the participants directly to the hotel.
- Please register at the WTSC registration desk in the hotel.
- Each golfer will receive a Golf Bag Tag during registration. Please ensure that your golf bag is tagged before you proceed to your room/outside. Submit handicap index proof at registration if not done already. Each Team must also provide the name of the Nominated Team Captain at the time of registration.
- Participants are responsible for storing their golf sets and bringing their golf sets to the vans for loading and identifying them before boarding the vans.
- Please ensure you do not leave the golf sets in the van overnight.
Welcome Evening on 30 March, 2023
- Welcome Evening Experience with Finger Food & Beer at Hooters from 1830 - 2030 hrs. Tournament Briefing to take place.

Golf Tournament Plan & Rules
- We recommend that All Participants download the Mobile App "Golf Genius" on their Phones from Play Store or App Store for an enhanced World Team Stableford Challenge Experience.
- After Downloading the App Enter "WTSC23" as the code under GGID to access the World Team Stableford Challenge Event
Event Updates, including Tee Times, Pairings, Scores, Tournament Leaderboard and other relevant information will all be made available on this App.

- In Round 1, a player of one team (say A) will be paired with another player of the same team( Say B) to play along with 2 such players of a different team. In Round 2, "A" will be paired with a different player (say C). However since Round 3 is a better ball tournament, Team Captains can submit their preferred pairs for this round but no later than at the time of Registration for Round 2. If no submission is made, the default pairing for this round will be A and the 3rd player (D).
- We request that you wear the Tournament Shirt Provided during the 3rd and Final Round at Red Mountain Golf Club.

Caddie Tips
- Caddie tips are customary/mandatory as per local norms in Thailand and is expected. The minimum caddie tip per round per caddie is THB 400.
- Please pay the caddie tip directly to the caddie after the round.
- You can always tip more if you are happy with your caddie's service
Goody Bag
- Please collect your event goody bag at the time of Registration for the 1st Round at Blue Canyon Country Club on 31st March 2023
Logistics/Van Transfers
- Each team to have their own team van for transfer to the golf courses. Your team will be provided with a pick up time from both the hotel and the golf course the evening before each round
- Transfers are point to point only with no deviations or stoppages.
- Any additional usage of van or any vehicle waiting for more than 30 minutes beyond the scheduled pick up time will be chargeable at THB 350 per hour which must be paid directly to the driver
